Embarking on a hypnotherapy journey is a personal and transformative experience. My process is designed to ensure your comfort, clarity, and progress from our very first interaction.

Your Complimentary Consultation


When you reach out, we’ll start with a complimentary consultation. This initial conversation, which can last well over an hour, is relaxed, open and does not have time constrains or obligation. It’s designed to ensure you feel completely comfortable and understood as we explore your needs. We can meet wherever you feel most at ease – my office, your chosen location, a cozy cafe’ (as a true Italian, I do enjoy a good espresso), or even outdoors.

This consultation sets the foundation for a trusting therapeutic relationship and helps us tailor the hypnotherapy to your unique needs. During this meeting, I’ll share more about myself and my approach. We’ll discuss your goals and needs in detail, clarify any myths or misconceptions about hypnosis, and ensure you feel confident about the process. If we both choose to move forward, we’ll schedule your first Hypnosis session together.

Session Preferences: In-Person & Flexible Options


While I strongly prefer in-person sessions so I can best observe and support your Hypnotic experiences, I understand that flexibility is important, If necessary, online sessions may be considered, but only after the first in-person meeting. This ensures the most effective and personalized experience for you, allowing us to build a strong rapport and gauge your responsiveness in person first.

I’m also happy to conduct sessions in your home or office, provided it’s within reasonable distance from San Rafael. In fact, meeting in the environment where your symptoms occur can often be especially beneficial, allowing for a more direct application of techniques to your everyday life.

Number of Sessions: tailored to your Unique Progress


Every client is unique, and so is their healing journey. My approach—especially when using Ego State (Parts) Therapy—often yields results quickly. While some clients have resolved their concerns in just two sessions (occasionally even one), most find that an average of four meetings is ideal for achieving lasting change. Off course, more persistent or complex concerns may require additional sessions to reach a complete resolution. Ultimately, the number of sessions is always tailored to your unique goals, needs, and progress.
